I’ll play. Six Taroks with the Moon and three Kings meet the test. Three of the Taroks are small, but the Kings count as sure winners too: the Moon, the XIX, the XV and the three Kings make six.
Rule: Say “I’ll play” (the Declarer Challenge) if you hold six or more Taroks including the Skus or the Moon, plus two Kings. That means about six sure winners, Kings and big Taroks (XV and up) counted together. Pass with everything else.
