Do not say Kontra. Your XX and XIX lose only to the Skus and the XXI, and both may sit with the Declarer: if P1 leads them, the Color Rule makes you follow with your two big Taroks, one under each. Your Kings win only if their suit is led and nobody trumps, so nothing in view proves the Valat fails.
Rule: If you believe that the Declarer will not deliver the contract, you may say Kontra; here you say it only when the cards prove it.
