Who loses the Dodge Round?
Answer
P2 and P4. P2 has 14 counting cards and 14 pips, 28; P4 has 7 counting cards and 21 pips, also 28; P1 has 9 and P3 23. When two or more tie for the most, all of them lose; “P2 only” counts cards instead of Card Points, and “P4 only” counts the pips alone.
Rule: Dodge Round: the player who captures the most Card Points loses; if two or more tie for the most, all of them lose.
