The Beggar. The hand holds no Tarok at all, and in every suit it holds the lowest cards: no Tarok can be forced out of you, and every card you hold is beaten by the higher cards of its suit. Piccolo would need exactly one card that must win a trick, and there is none.
Rule: The Beggar: a four-suited hand, or one with no Taroks at all, nothing that could win a trick you don’t want.
