Piccolo. Every card but one can duck: the reds are 3s and 4s, the lowest of their suits, the blacks are 7s and 8s, and the II, III and IV are small Taroks. The XX is a big Tarok with small Taroks below it, the one card that will win a trick whether you like it or not. One such card is the Piccolo; with none it would be the Beggar.
Rule: Piccolo: a hand that would match the Beggar but for exactly one card that will win a trick; with two such cards you lose the Piccolo.
