Do you say Kontra? You kontra only an item you can be sure must fail.
Answer
Say Kontra: the Valat must fail. The Skus loses only in a trick that also holds the Moon and the Pagat, and the Moon is yours, so your Skus wins whatever trick you play it to. One trick for the Defenders beats a Valat, and after your Kontra each Defender adds 24 Victory Points instead of 12.
Rule: If you believe that the Declarer will not deliver the contract, you may say Kontra; here you say it only when the cards prove it.
