Call “Solo!” now. The Skus, the XVI and the XV are three Taroks from the XV up, enough for a Solo. The Skus is a trump stop, so the duty would hand you the Dapp in round two, but that pays from the lower Dapp column, and a player before you may claim it first.
Rule: Call “Solo!” if you hold: three or more Taroks from the XV up already.
