One. You cannot hold, because P2 sits before you, so you raise or pass. Seven Taroks pass the count for a Solo, but you hold three big Taroks (XX, XVIII, XV), and Solo three asks for four. Three big Taroks meet the test for One, where a called King brings you a Partner.
Rule: Climb to Two, One or a Solo only as your Tarok count climbs past five and then six, one extra big Tarok per rung as the price of one fewer talon card.
