You are P1, the Forehand. You passed, and P2, P3 and P4 passed too, so you must play a contract.

Which contract do you play?
Answer
No-Trump. After four passes you may play any contract on the ladder except the Blind Solo, and these twelve cards hold 28 Card Points (a base count of 4 plus 24 pips), past the No-Trump’s 25. A 12-count of 4 is far below the Call’s 8 or 9. The count of 4 also meets the Dodge Round’s row, but in the Dodge Round your Kings and Queens are forced to take the tricks they are in, and their pips make you the player with the most Card Points.
Rule: No-Trump: about 7 sure tricks or 25 Card Points sitting in hand once the Taroks go ordinary.
