Do you pass, say "I hold" and take the Two, or bid One?

Pass. You may hold P2’s Two, but you hold three Taroks, the Skus, the XIII and the IX, and Two asks for a count past five. Two Kings and a Queen do not replace the Taroks the test asks for. Passing is safe: Two has been bid, so there will be no Dodge Round.
Rule: Climb to Two, One or a Solo only as your Tarok count climbs past five and then six, one extra big Tarok per rung as the price of one fewer talon card.
